Purposefully crafted content

that inspires action.

My experience, expertise, and leadership shape high-impact storytelling, content strategy, and brand visibility that advance organizational mission and influence.

From freelance and consulting work to permanent positions, I blend vision and versatility with data-driven insights to direct integrated marcom projects and campaigns and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable and meaningful results. With strong writing and editing skills, I have particular expertise in producing clear, concise, consistent, and culturally relevant content and transforming complex, technical copy into content more engaging to key audiences. I direct end-to-end production processes, ensuring targeted marcom projects, campaigns, design concepts, and events are aligned with brand standards and leveraging data analytics and process automation to meet strategic goals across a range of media platforms, including digital, print, website, social, intranet, and email. My creative portfolio includes impact reports, brand guidelines, videos, newsletters, presentations, education and training materials, logos, event collateral, signage, graphics, templates, advertisements, promotional products, and more.

Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently transformed communications into a driver of organizational strategy and stakeholder trust. At New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe), I rose to Director of Corporate Communications and Branding, overseeing internal and external marcom strategy across eight divisions, LFKRI Research Institute, and B2B/B2C initiatives. In this role, I launched the organization’s first enterprise-wide brand and editorial standards manual and training program, spearheaded digital marketing campaigns that exceeded industry benchmarks, and produced multimedia storytelling that boosted engagement and strengthened the employer brand. My leadership also drove major cost savings through vendor consolidation, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights, achieving up to 45% reductions in external expenses while delivering data-centric content that advances KPIs and strategic goals. I have directed creative strategies for more than 100 key events, including conferences and meetings, honorary lectures, board recognition dinners, and fundraising galas such as NYBCe's record-breaking $2.1M fundraiser at Cipriani 42nd Street, the most successful gala in its history, and the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) L’Oréal Legends Gala at the American Museum of Natural History that raised $4 million, elevating brand visibility and donor engagement.

Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Communications for OCRA, integrating marketing and branding strategies to expand awareness and engagement. I strengthened event storytelling and national visibility by securing the opening letter for the L’Oréal Legends Gala from then-Senator Barack Obama, inspired by his personal connection to ovarian cancer advocacy. I also redesigned the organization’s newsletter to highlight patient voices and thought leadership and produced the first research compendium showcasing grant-funded scientific advances. Leadership roles at Hospital for Special Surgery and The Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration further deepened my staff supervision and marcom project management expertise.

I earned a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from American University, where I was awarded a Presidential Academic Scholarship. Dedicated to lifelong learning, I have completed executive marketing leadership and project management certificate programs at Cornell University and the University of Chicago. I also received a Columbia University fellowship for graduate study in nonprofit management.

Outside of work, I find joy in dance, music, the arts, and world travel, having explored over 25 countries with family and friends. I also further my passion for serving nonprofits as a Board Member of Dance Entropy, Inc. — guiding creative direction, branding, event planning, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives to advance multicultural understanding through the arts. Personal or professional, I thrive on connecting with others who share a commitment to creative and collaborative change.
